Create a personal time schedule policy for when you work and when you don’t. For example, decide on a schedule that works for you and your family. Will it be nine to five or ten to six? Know when you will stop working.
Create a work space that is inviting to you. If having fresh flowers near you makes you feel good then do that or if you have a memento that makes you feel happy, put that close by.
Take regular breaks away from your desk. Go for a walk outside or pet the cat or have a coffee break.
Eat meals away from your desk, always.
Make time to keep in touch with friends and family, they will help you to get away from the screen and help you to have some sense of community and lessen the feeling of isolation.
